Delavan, WI – Republican U.S. House candidate Paul Nehlen is calling on House Speaker Paul Ryan to exclude any legislative fix for illegal aliens allowed to remain in the U.S. under Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), dubbed “Dreamers” by Obama.
“Paul Ryan is holding the federal budget hostage in order to foist his progressive open-border agenda on the American people,” Nehlen said. “Paul Ryan is taking a page out of the Barack Obama book by creating a budget crisis so he can force through his liberal open-borders agenda.”
“Illegal aliens ought not be given a path to citizenship separate from the naturalization process already in place,” Nehlen continued, “and Ryan’s cynical ploy to hold the budget at gunpoint in order to give illegal aliens a path to citizenship should disqualify him from leadership in the House and from representing Wisconsin in Congress.”
“Republicans in the House are already lining up against Ryan’s cynical ploy to rubber stamp Barack Obama’s illegals,” Nehlen explained. “Speaker Ryan is setting up Congressional Republicans and President Trump for yet another failure.”
“Ryan just isn’t getting the job done in D.C., and he’s not getting the job done in Wisconsin,” Nehlen concluded.
Paul Nehlen is a turnaround specialist, business executive, and inventor who started on the factory floor, who, with God’s grace and some determination, rose to lead Fortune 500 manufacturing businesses around the world. Nehlen challenged Speaker Paul Ryan in Wisconsin’s 2016 First Congressional District to stop Trans-Pacific Partnership and secure America’s border.
